Fabrication
BHS Engineering fabricates pipe spools in its workshop and on site, specializing in stainless steel and copper nickel alloys. We complete the installation with NDT, chemical cleaning, surface treatment and insulation work as contractually required.
Mechanical
BHS Engineering has the expertise to carry out installation, modification, planned maintenance, defect rectification to a wide variety of marine / mechanical systems and equipment. Milling and machining. Endoscopic examination, recording and image processing.
Manufacture
BHS Engineering custom build air systems, whether fixed, portable, trailer or skid mounted, including supply of compressors, instrumentation and control panels, filtration, piping, hoses and receivers to customers requirements. BHS Engineering complete the package with follow up service and preventive maintenance.
Pump Overhaul
BHS Engineering carry out full repair and overhaul, to all makes of Pumps and Pump Assemblies. A facility for load trial of assemblies is available on completion of overhauls if required.
Valve Overhaul and Test
BHS Engineering overhaul and test a wide range of Valves, Relief & Safety Valves, Regulators & Controllers for Pneumatic and Hydraulic services.
Heat Exchangers Equipment
BHS Engineering carry out full repair, overhaul and testing of Shell and Tube type heat exchangers including removal and reinstallation.
Flexible Hose Assembly, Testing and Certification
BHS Engineering carry out the assembly, testing and certification of flexible hose assemblies as used onboard HMA Ships.
